The tube slips over suitable posts and ropes, adding a bright sleeve to the boundary. Its resistance to curling, crumpling and tearing helps keep the marking in shape.

The printed message combines a danger warning with a specific access instruction. Fitted over suitable posts or rope at the approach, the red and white sleeve makes the closure easier to recognise.
